By signing below, I hereby authorize the RVA Tattoo Arts LLC, hereafter referred to as “Company,” to publish photographs and/or video taken of me, provided by myself. I authorize the company to use my name, social media handles and likeness, for use in Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention video, print, online, digital and print advertising, retailer collateral, event signage, as well as other Company publications. I extend this authorization to include any members of my family I may have included in photos that I provided to the Company.
I hereby release and hold harmless RVA Tattoo Arts LLC from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images or assets specified above.
I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
I hereby release RVA Tattoo Arts LLC its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
