Helping Hands Affordable Surgery and Dentistry

We’re a low-cost veterinary hospital that focuses 100% on surgery and dental care—spays, neuters, mass removals, eye surgeries, dentals with extractions, and more. No wellness visits, no vaccines—just surgery and dentistry, all day, every day. That focus keeps our prices low and our quality high.

And yes—we tattoo every pet we spay and neuter. So in a way, we do tattoos too.

A lot of our staff are heavily tattooed animal lovers, so being here just makes sense. We know the tattoo community has a huge love for pets, and we’re here to support that.

We’re proud to call Richmond, VA home, and that’s where most of our magic happens. We also have a second location in Orlando, Florida, and our website will guide you to either one that’s closest to you!

All of our pricing is upfront and all-inclusive—sedation, anesthesia, pain meds, antibiotics, fluids, and clear aftercare instructions.

(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)
Saturday Night rooms are sold out. If you need a room for Saturday use the link on our website to book with the neighboring hotel the Residence Inn.
