Welcome to Save My Ink Forever where we have developed a unique proprietary process for PRESERVING TATTOOS. Their mission is to help carry on a loved one’s story. They hope to ensure that the spirit and legacy of your loved ones can live on for generations to come.

At Save My Ink Forever we create more than just a picture: You receive the ACTUAL TATTOO. This becomes a framed piece of art that is presented to the family in a DIGNIFIED MANNER.

All of the funeral homes and crematories listed on the preferred provider page of their website are businesses willing to provide the service of removing a loved one’s tattoo art.

(All volunteers will receive a Free Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention T-Shirt for helping out)
(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.
(We will do our best to accommodate, however due to availability we cannot guarantee that we will be able to put you on your preferred floor)

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)
Saturday Night rooms are sold out. If you need a room for Saturday use the link on our website to book with the neighboring hotel the Residence Inn.
