My name is Patrick Loud or Ploud, I’ve been tattooing for 16 years between here in Hampton Roads as well as Los Angeles. In 2022 Ed Avocado and I opened Slow Ride Tattoo Gallery in Norfolk’s Rail Road District. We have an amazing crew of artists who all work hard to help make the shop a success.
