Wandering Wetplates

Hunter is a traveling artist who once was living out of school buses and RVs with his wife, living and breathing art. They created their business capturing surreal portraits and creating Tintype and Ambrotype photographs using wet plates. Since buying a home and setting up shop in Little Rock, AR, he has hand built a wet plate wagon that he now uses to still tour the US. It serves as a mobile darkroom, equipment storage, retail display, and vendor cart.

(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)
