Each artist is given two weekend passes. One for them and one for an assistant, friend, etc. Additional weekend passes can be purchased for $50 (5 Max)

Each Artist will receive two (2) weekend passes into the Richmond Tattoo, Art and Music Festival. One (1) for the Artist, and one (1) for a helper, friend, etc. Additional weekend passes can be purchased for $45.00 a piece.
The Artist agrees to paint all three days of the event throughout the duration of each day (Friday 3-8pm, Saturday 12-8pm, and Sunday 12-5pm). If for whatever reason the Artist cannot commit to all three days, they must Inform the Giving Arts Foundation so that plans can be made accordingly. If the Artist leaves early without notice they may not be invited to subsequent conventions.
The Artist gives the Giving Arts Foundation the right to photograph and/or use the Artists artwork for promotional purposes in future shows.
All pieces will be auctioned off online following the festival, with all proceeds going to The Giving Arts Foundation.
