‘Miguel’, as he’s known to friends, is originally from Peru and is based in Puerto Rico where he tattoos out of Color Conspiracy Tattoos. When he’s not tattooing he’s out putting his art on walls and buildings. His style is surrealistic and packs a ton of color!
