We will be printing 1500 event programs for our event and giving them to our attendees. These event programs include the event schedule, a map of the Floor Plan, Competitions and Entertainment locations and showtimes as well as any other pertinent info that an attendee may need. Plus it doubles as a great keepsake.

We put up our show posters all over Richmond, VA focusing on local businesses, restaurants, bars, tattoo shops, and more.
This package gets your logo on our poster.
We'll take your logo and design a banner to be hung within one of the main ballrooms. This will get your brand maximum visibility throughout the event.
This package gets you one 10' x 6' Banner.
Mailing List: 80,000
We send at least 15 emails to our mailing list of over 80,000 subscribers throughout the year. This past year we averaged a 16% open rate.
This package gets your logo featured in the footer of our emails.
Annual Visitors: 30,000
We are constantly improving our SEO and driving traffic to our site year-round.
This package gets your logo featured on the footer of our website.
Followers: 36,000
We will make a post highlighting your brand, via your logo and/or images you provide us, on our social media platforms (Instagram, FaceBook & X). Between the three platforms we currently have 36k followers.
This package includes one collaborative post.
Our convention is hosted by our amazing MC, Chris Trew. Throughout the event he will be highlighting our top sponsors.
This package comes with a shout out to your business on the busiest day of the convention, Saturday.

The Undersigned hereby affirms that the Undersigned has read and understands the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, and accepts and agrees to all of its terms and conditions. The Undersigned affirms that the Undersigned enters into this agreement voluntarily, with full knowledge of its effect.

The Undersigned affirms that the Undersigned is authorized, by virtue of the Undersigned's title with the business entity, to execute this document by the business entity or such other person on whose behalf it is submitted.
The Sponsor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as the rules and guidelines set forth by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC (the venue parent company). Removal from the convention is at the discretion of the organizers, and all deposits and/or payments will be forfeited. This is a family friendly event. Please act accordingly.
RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC (the venue parent company) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by or to the Sponsor, its employees, agents, or exhibits. The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all claims arising out of the Sponsor's participation in the Convention.
This contract may not be altered except by amending the agreement in writing, and agreed to by all parties/agents involved including RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC (the venue parent company).
Each obligation or agreement of a party contained in this contract, even though not expressed as a covenant, is considered for all purposes to be a covenant.
The Organizer will provide the Sponsor with the benefits outlined within their selected sponsorship level. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to fulfill these benefits but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
The Organizer offers various sponsorship levels, each with associated benefits and obligations as detailed in the sponsorship package. The Sponsor has selected their desired level in this application.
The Sponsor grants the Organizer the right to use the Sponsor's logo and branding in connection with the Convention, as specified in the sponsorship package.
The Organizer will promote the Sponsor's involvement in the Convention through various channels, as outlined in the sponsorship package. The Sponsor may be required to provide marketing materials to the Organizer. They can do so by contacting Marketing@richmondtattooconvention.com.
The Organizer's ability to fulfill all sponsorship obligations rests on the Sponsors ability to submit all necessary assets within a timely manner. If necessary assets are not received within one month of receiving this application then the Sponsor grants the Organizer the right to utilize any marketing materials that it finds throughout the internet for use within its marketing efforts.
