Thank You For Helping Us Donate $5,000 to Studio Two Three

The Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention is proud to announce a $5,000 donation to Studio Two Three, the Richmond-based community arts nonprofit selected as the event’s 2025 nonprofit partner. The donation reflects the convention’s continued commitment to supporting local artists, creative spaces, and arts-driven community impact.
The funds were raised through this year’s Live Art for Charity Auction, a signature convention tradition that brings together tattooers, fine artists, and attendees for live painting and collaborative creativity for all three days of the convention weekend. Proceeds from the auction directly support Studio Two Three’s mission to empower artists, uplift community voices, and expand access to creative tools and opportunities.
“Studio Two Three is a vital home for artists in our city, and supporting their work was a natural extension of what this convention stands for,” said Jesse Smith, convention co-host and owner of Loose Screw Tattoo. “This year’s artists and attendees showed up in a big way, and we’re grateful to be able to contribute to an organization that fuels creativity and community year-round.”

Throughout the 2025 convention weekend, Studio Two Three activated onsite with live screen printing, exclusive merchandise, volunteer engagement, and opportunities for attendees to learn more about their classes, membership programs, and upcoming initiatives.
“The Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention is a celebration of art in all its forms, and we were thrilled to be part of it,” said Ashley Hawkins, Executive Director of Studio Two Three. “This donation directly supports our work to provide access, education, and creative resources to artists across Richmond.”
Now in its 37th year, the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention continues to grow its legacy as one of the longest-running tattoo and arts events in the world. Each year, the convention showcases 175+ tattooers, fine artists, performers, and creators while highlighting the powerful role art plays in culture and community.
