Bidding Questions
How do I place a bid?
To place a bid click on the button "Bid on your favorite piece now!". This will take you to our auction website.
Next, click the red text that says "make an account" you will then be prompted to enter your info including a credit card.
Once you have made an account you can click on an artists piece and enter your max bid into the "custom bid" field. Be sure to click the custom bid button below it to actually place the bid.
Bids must be at least $20 higher than the previous bid.

Yes! Most artists will be working all weekend on their pieces. All work created over the course of the weekend will be auctioned off after the convention here.
Can I set a max bid?
Yup! Our auction is set up so you can simply enter your max bid and it will automatically outbid the next highest person by $20 un till someone outbids your max bid.
If you are outbid you will receive an email letting you know.

How do I know if I have the highest bid?
When you click on a piece and are on it's actually auction page (the page you can place a bid) it will tell you if you are the highest bidder.

What happens if I'm outbid?
You will receive an email letting you know that you have been outbid.
If you have been outbid in the last 5 minutes of the auction the auction time will be extended for a minute and thirty seconds. This prevents people from sniping the auction at the last second. Every following bid will add another minute and thirty seconds.

Can the artwork be shipped?
Once the auctions have closed we will reach out to the winner asking them if they'd like to pickup the canvas or have it shipped. Shipping is paid for by the buyer.

The canvas' will come rolled up in a box or tube for you to mount and frame as you see fit.
