Quantity Printed: 1,500
We will be printing 1500 event programs for our event and giving them to our attendees. These event programs include the event schedule, a map of the Floor Plan, Competitions and Entertainment locations and showtimes as well as any other pertinent info that an attendee may need. Plus it doubles as a great keepsake.

Our Show Flyer is a piece of marketing material that we use to get the word out about the event. We primarily drop off stacks of these to local businesses to raise awareness about the event and so that their customers can take them. We also send volunteers to prominent local events that are happening within Richmond to hand out to the locals.Â
Quantity Printed: 20,000
Our Academy Flyer is a piece of marketing material we use to target tattoo artists specifically. A couple of months prior to the event we will be shipping these off to all of the major tattoo supply companies so that they can put them in all their outgoing shipments.

We put up our show posters all over Richmond, VA focusing on local businesses, restaurants, bars, tattoo shops, and more.Â
Our Coupon is a form of marketing material that offers a discount towards tickets via a QR code. We primarily drop off stacks of these to local businesses to raise awareness about the event and so that their customers can take them. We also send volunteers to prominent local events that are happening within Richmond to hand out to the locals.Â
The coasters are a collectible piece of marketing material that we use to get the word out about the event. We primarily give them out to local restaurants and bars to use and give to their customers.

Our T-Shirt is a collectible piece of merch that attendees and vendors can purchase. They are very popular and worn around regularly, getting your logo in the eyes of people wherever they go.Â

We put our Yard Signs all throughout Richmond at the most prominent intersections to help get the word out about the event.

Our VIP Lanyard is a collectible piece of merch that purchasers of our VIP Passes get. Your brand will be associated with the VIP experience which will gain you premium positioning within our event.
Running throughout September and October
We purchase a billboard on I-95 to promote our event. I-95 is the most traveled highway within Richmond which is seen by over 200,000 cars per day.
This billboard will be running throughout Sept and October leading up to the event.
We'll take your logo and design banners to be hung within the main ballrooms. This will get your brand high visibility throughout the event.
Attendees: 3,500+
In order to check-in to the convention attendees must show us their ticket for us to scan and get them a wristband.
This package gets your logo featured on every ticket with the title "2024 Official Sponsor"
Mailing List: 80,000
We send at least 15 emails to our mailing list of over 80,000 subscribers throughout the year. This past year we averaged a 16% open rate.
This gets you a special feature in one of our marketing emails. It will include copy about your business (you can provide this or we can write it up), an image and logo, and a call to action (button with link of your choosing)
This gets your logo featured in our email footer.
Annual Visitors: 30,000
We are constantly improving our SEO and driving traffic to our site year-round.
This gets your logo featured in our website footer.
Followers: 36,000
We will make posts highlighting your brand, via your logo and/or images you provide us, on our social media platforms (Instagram, FaceBook & X). Between the three platforms we currently have 36k followers.
Our convention is hosted by our amazing MC, Chris Trew. Throughout the event he will be highlighting our top sponsors.
