Who gets free tickets?
This year we are offering free Day Passes to Active Duty Military Personnel, VA Licensed Tattoo Artists, Senior Citizens (60+), and college students for Friday and Sunday.
There are only a limited number though so be sure to claim yours ASAP!
You will need to bring physical proof of whichever group you fall into. (Your valid Military ID, driver’s license, copy of your tattoo license, student ID, etc…).
How will I receive my ticket?
You will receive an email from TixFox to download your ticket. You do not need to print out your ticket as long as your phone is able to bring up the QR code.
Can I upgrade my tickets?
If you decide you'd like to upgrade your ticket you can simply pay the difference for the higher level ticket you'd like to purchase.
To do so just reach out to us here and we'll get you taken care of!
Can I upgrade a complimentary ticket?
Totally! If you decide you want to upgrade to a weekend or VIP pass we'll give you a discount of the price of a standard day pass off the other ticket you wish to purchase.
If you'd like to do that just hit us up!
Can I refund my ticket?
Tickets are nonrefundable.
Can I tranfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets by sending the person your unique QR code from TixFox.
How do I avoid scams?
We’ve received multiple reports of individuals requesting money from tattoo artists using a fake email account. Additionally, there are fraudulent social media accounts impersonating us and soliciting funds. If you ever have doubts or questions, don’t hesitate to contact us to double-check if something is legit.
Always double-check spelling as many scams will look legit but when you look closely you will see one of the letters in the account name, email, or link is flipped.
