(For anyone who is traveling internationally)
(We will do our best to accommodate, however if we cannot get you the room you are requesting, we will contact you.)

Reimbursement for any money spent getting to and from convention will be sent via check within 30 days after the convention. If you do not receive your check within that time please let us know and we will reissue another one.  Receipts must be submitted in order to receive a full refund.


Notice!

Create a presentation that engages the audience at times (ie. asking them questions, etc.) Create some sort of handout, print, etc. that we can give to the attendees prior to your presentation so that they have something to take home that reminds them of your presentation. Make sure that your presentation is accompanied by imagery, videos, etc. that compliment the message that you're trying to convey. We will be recording all presentations to eventually have available online. If for whatever reason you are opposed to this please let us know at eventcoordinator@richmondtattooconvention.com.

(All volunteers will receive a Free Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention T-Shirt for helping out)
(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)
