Darl has been making custom tattoos professionally for over 25 years. He currently owns and operates a custom tattoo studio and art gallery called Charmed Life. He loves having the ability to take the reigns with creative freedom and design intuitively based on the information, subject matter and feeling you give him. His most notable styles are Trash Polka, Avant Guarde, Bio-Organic, Dark Art and Pop Realism.

He holds the human body to be significantly important to what he does as he makes the highest effort to achieve natural flow when taking on his famous large-scale art pieces.

(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)
Saturday Night rooms are sold out. If you need a room for Saturday use the link on our website to book with the neighboring hotel the Residence Inn.
