My name was Gabriel Cece, I started tattooing professionally in 1995. I’ve sat at many stations, worn several hats at different stages of my career, and had the pleasure of working next to some of the most creative individuals I’ve ever known. After tattooing for 15 years, I opened Studio Evolve Tattoo in Virginia Beach in 2010, and continued tattooing full time until 2020. Now in my 28th year of being a tattooer’ist, I still love tattooing but I am working less, being more selective in the projects I take on, as I focus on keeping the shop running smoothly, spending as much time with my kids that I can, finding balance, and my name is still Gabriel Cece.

(All volunteers will receive a Free Richmond Tattoo and Arts Convention T-Shirt for helping out)
(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo and Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of free tattoo time for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of free tattoo time per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the Doubletree by Hilton Midlothian and we're sharing our festival discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full festival experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.
