Elva Stefanie began her career tattooing in a small apartment and is now the owner of an award winning studio, The Blank Slate, in Poughkeepsie NY.  Her unique style and dedicated work ethic has allowed her natural talent to flourish, which has been recognized with numerous awards. She is continuously growing and learning from other well-respected members of the tattoo community, her hard working approach has garnered respect from her peers.

With a bachelors degree in Art History and Ancient World civilizations, among other degrees in the art discipline, Elva Stefanie looks to combine the past, present, and future to a global clientele that is both trusting and open minded to her unique style. Her aim is to become a world renowned and influential in order to give back to the community and leave positive blue print for others to follow.

(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)
