Rachel Behm

Rachel began her tattooing career in 2016 with an Apprenticeship in Kutztown, PA at 21 years old. She has been tattooing full-time since Jan 1, 2017. In September 2017 she left Kutztown and moved to White Oak Tattoo Co seeking a mentorship under Ink Master Angel, Gia Rose, later becoming a full-time artist in December.
