JUDGING CRITERIA:

Tattoos must be started and completed on day of competition. No tattoos from previous days will be accepted. Tattoos will be judged on saturation, color palette, line quality, smoothness of fade, composition, respect of light, legibility, creativity, and how it fits the body.
