Full Booth: - $1000.00 Includes 4 Weekend Passes. Two for the Artists and 2 for their helpers, friends and/or clients. Booth includes one 8′ table, one 6′ table, four chairs, two trashcans, and an electrical hookup.
We're excited to be able to accept booth location requests this year. If you'd like to select your space within the convention, please click one of the options below. As soon as we receive your request, an Event Coordinator will reach out via email with a floor plan of available spaces. All spaces will be on a first, come first served basis so please make sure to get them back to us ASAP.

Additional Passes

Each Artist is given two weekend passes, one for them and one for a helper, friend, etc. Additional weekend passes can be purchased for $55. (5 Max)

The convention will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian. If you would like to stay at this hotel for the duration of the festival, please fill out the form below.
(We will do our best to accommodate your requests however due to availability we cannot guarantee that we will be able to put you on your preferred floor)

Each night is $175 plus tax and a 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)

Event Requirements

All Artists are required by the hotel to have a temporary insurance policy citing the Convention "RVA Tattoo Arts LLC" and venue "Shamin/Koger LLC" as additionally insured.

Terms and Conditions

The Undersigned hereby affirms that the Undersigned has read and understands the Terms & Conditions of this agreement, and accepts and agrees to all of its terms and conditions. The Undersigned affirms that the Undersigned enters into this agreement voluntarily, with full knowledge of its effect.
The Undersigned affirms that the Undersigned is authorized, by virtue of the Undersigned's title with the business entity, to execute this document by the business entity or such other person on whose behalf it is submitted.
I agree that I will not hold RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC liable for any and all situations/injuries that may arise due to my negligence in either the application of all tattoos done at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention and/or any injuries that may happen within the space that is allotted to me within the convention.
We are insured, either individually and/or under a tattoo shop and have listed RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC as additionally insured.
All Artists are responsible for obtaining the proper release forms and legal documentation for all clients that are tattooed by them for the duration of the convention. Release forms will be provided by the Convention and should be returned to Registration by the close of the event.
I understand that RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC (the convention venue parent company) are not my employers, and I recognize my status as an independent contractor within this convention.
The Artists agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and DoubleTree Hotel Richmond – Midlothian. Removal from the event is at the discretion of the event organizers, and all deposits and/or payments will be forfeited. This is a family friendly event. Please act accordingly.
The Artists, if tattooing on premises, agree to use single use needles and inks, certified sharps containers for disposal, follow recognized professional tattooing standards, and maintain a clean work station. This includes properly bagging contaminated waste each day for removal and closing down your booth before departing each night.
The Artists understand that the sale of tattoo machines, inks, and/or equipment to the general public is forbidden, and in violation of this contract. Any violation of this contract may result in the immediate removal from the event.
The Artists agree to comply and follow all sterilization standards and regulations set by the DPOR of Virginia. This includes obtaining a temporary out of state license from DPOR of Virginia at www.dpor.virginia.org.
The Artists agree to not alter the size of the booth assigned to them. The Artists also agree not to tape, nail, or use other adhesion methods to puncture and/or damage the property of DoubleTree by Hilton – Midlothian or RVA Tattoo Arts LLC. If damages are incurred, the Artists agree to reimburse DoubleTree by Hilton – Midlothian or RVA Tattoo Arts LLC. This includes damages caused by themselves, their agents, employees, subcontractors, and guests.
Each booth accommodates two Artists, and is defined as follows: A pipe and drape area with one (1) 8′ table, one (1) 6′ table, four (4) chairs, two (2) trashcans, and an electrical hookup. Placement of booth within floor plan is at the discretion of RVA Tattoo Arts LLC unless otherwise requested. Any additional material provided to the Artists is at the discretion of the promoter. All artists must be vetted, and approved by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC.
Payment in full is due, within one month of receiving the application. Please be aware the convention is booked on a first come, first served basis and space is limited.
This contract may not be altered except by amending the agreement in writing, and agreed to by all parties/agents involved including RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and DoubleTree by Hilton – Midlothian.
Each obligation or agreement of a party contained in this contract, even though not expressed as a covenant, is considered for all purposes to be a covenant.
Artists selling any merchandise have been provided with a Temporary Sales Tax Certificate/Return ST-50 form. You are required by law to file tax with the Commonwealth of Virginia on all retail sales made in Virginia.

(All volunteers will receive a Free Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention T-Shirt for helping out)
(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)
