I'm excited for you to be a part of this year's Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention!

Just like every year, my goal is to curate a convention full of the best tattoo artists the world has to offer while simultaneously honoring those who have shaped this convention into what it is today. This year, I'm excited to expand on the artistic and educational aspects of the event. We're fortunate enough to have an amazing lineup of incredible tattoo talent, and I'd like to complement that by showcasing more fine artists and bringing back the Richmond Tattoo and Arts Academy. This year's event is shaping up to be one of our best yet, and I'm really happy for you to be a part of it.

Booth Preferences
Half Booth: Includes 2 Weekend Passes (one for the artist and one for a Helper, Friend, Client, etc.), one parking pass, two chairs and one trashcan. There will also be an 8′ table, one 6′ table and an electrical hookup to share with one other Artist.
Booth Location
If you'd like to select your booth location within a specified ballroom, please click the button above. As soon as we receive your request, our Event Coordinator will reach out via email with a floor plan of available spaces. All spaces will be on a first-come, first-served basis so please make sure to get them back to us ASAP.
Additional Weekend Passes
Each Artist is given two Weekend Passes, one for them and one for a helper, friend, etc. Additional Weekend Passes can be purchased for $55. (5 Max)
Would you like to request a boothmate?
This convention is by invitation only. Listing a boothmate simply informs us of who you would like to share a booth with. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, space is limited, and this does not guarantee their acceptance into the convention. If your boothmate is accepted, we will send them a separate application. All boothmates must be vetted and approved by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC.

When are you able to help out?
(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)
Saturday Night rooms are sold out. If you need a room for Saturday use the link on our website to book with the neighboring hotel the Residence Inn.
