The Undersigned hereby affirms that the Undersigned has read and understands the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, and accepts and agrees to all of its terms and conditions. The Undersigned affirms that the Undersigned enters into this agreement voluntarily, with full knowledge of its effect.
The Undersigned affirms that the Undersigned is authorized, by virtue of the Undersigned's title with the business entity, to execute this document by the business entity or such other person on whose behalf it is submitted.
The Undersigned affirms that the Undersigned is insured and will not hold RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and/or Shamin/Koger LLC responsible for any negative repercussions that may arise during your participation in working the Richmond Tattoo and Arts Convention.
The Sponsor agrees to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian. Removal from the convention is at the discretion of the organizers, and all deposits and/or payments will be forfeited. This is a family friendly event. Please act accordingly.
Each Full Booth is defined as follows: A 8"x10" pipe and drape area with one (1) 8′ table, one (1) 6′ table, four (4) chairs, two (2) trashcans, and an electrical hookup. Placement of booth within floor plan is at the discretion of RVA Tattoo Arts LLC. Any additional material provided to the Sponsor (s) is at the discretion of the promoter. All Artists working in your booth must be vetted, and approved by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC.
Each Double Booth is defined as follows: A 8'x20' pipe and drape area with two (2) 8′ tables, two (2) 6′ tables, eight (8) chairs, four (4) trashcans, and an electrical hookup. Placement of booth within floor plan is at the discretion of RVA Tattoo Arts LLC. Any additional material provided to the Sponsor(s) is at the discretion of the organizers. All Artists working in your booth must be vetted, and approved by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC.
Each Triple Booth is defined as follows: A 8'x30' pipe and drape area with three (3) 8′ tables, three (3) 6′ tables, twelve (12) chairs, six (6) trashcans, and an electrical hookup. Placement of booth within floor plan is at the discretion of RVA Tattoo Arts LLC. Any additional material provided to the Sponsor(s) is at the discretion of the organizer. All Artists working in your booth must be vetted, and approved by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC.
The Sponsor agrees to not alter the size of the booth assigned to them. The Sponsor also agrees not to tape, nail, or use other adhesion methods to puncture and/or damage the property of the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian or RVA Tattoo Arts LLC.If damages are incurred, the Sponsor agrees to reimburse the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian or RVA Tattoo Arts LLC. This includes damages caused by themselves, their agents, employees, subcontractors, and guests.
This contract may not be altered except by amending the agreement in writing, and agreed to by all parties/agents involved including RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian.
Each obligation or agreement of a party contained in this contract, even though not expressed as a covenant, is considered for all purposes to be a covenant.
Sponsors selling any merchandise have been provided with a Temporary Sales Tax Certificate/Return ST-50 form. You are required by law to file tax with the Commonwealth of Virginia on all retail sales made in Virginia.
The Sponsor understands that the sale of tattoo machines, inks, and/or equipment to the general public is forbidden, and in violation of this contract. Any violation of this contract may result in the immediate removal from the convention.
The Sponsor agrees to ensure any Tattoo Artist tattooing in the Sponsor’s booth will use single use needles and inks, certified sharps containers for disposal, follow recognized professional tattooing standards, and maintain a clean work station. This includes properly bagging contaminated waste each day for removal and closing down the booth before departing each night.
The Sponsor understands it is their responsibility to make sure any tattooer tattooing in their booth will comply and follow all sterilization standards and regulations set by the DPOR of Virginia. This includes obtaining a temporary out of state license from DPOR of Virginia. www.dpor.virginia.org
