Outdoor Food Truck Space Includes: a 20' x 10' space and two (2) Single-Day Passes (per day that you will be at the event) to the Richmond Tattoo and Arts Convention. (Any tables, chairs and/or tents are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.)

All floors will be booked on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request but if it is not available then we will be in touch with the available options.
All rooms are on a first come, first served basis. If the room you selected is not available then we will be in touch with available options.
Each night is $175 plus tax and a 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)

Event Requirements

Event Insurance
All exhibitors are required by the hotel to have a temporary insurance policy citing the convention "RVA Tattoo Arts LLC" and venue "Shamin/Koger LLC" as additionally insured.

When are you able to help out?
(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.
