Jess Oppert is a black and grey illustrative tattoo artist and the owner of Thorn & Petal Tattoo, a private studio based in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. She began her tattooing journey six years ago.

Her work is known for its high-contrast imagery and inky, flowy feel—blending bold visual elements with fine, detailed linework. She occasionally incorporates subtle pops of red or pink to add depth and contrast.

Deeply inspired by nature, Jess is drawn to forest imagery, themes of life and death, and a touch of dark, witchy New England influence.
