Mada Martyr

Mada is a tattooer and illustrator currently based in Richmond, VA. Her tattoo style is predominantly fine-line realism with an emphasis on surreal subjects. Mada’s story begins in Los Angeles, CA where she was born and raised. Self-taught from the age of 5 year old, she began doing traditional art commissions when she was 15 years old and throughout her 20s until she discovered the world of tattooing at the age of 30. Her apprenticeship landed her a job at Inked NYC under Inked Magazine in Manhatten, NY where her career bloomed. As of recently, she has re-located to Richmond, VA and is now working as a resident artist at SinnerG Studios.
