River City Tattoo and Piercing Co. has been in the game for over 20 years and is Virginia’s premiere tattoo and piercing studio. Established in 2002 by master Piercer Jessica Simmons, RCT has always been on the forefront of the industry in standards of quality and cleanliness. Simmons was appointed by the Governor of Virginia to the Board for Barber’s and Cosmetology as the state representative for the tattooing and body piercing industry and now serves as an instructor for the Red Cross. In addition to overseeing the RCT piercing apprenticeship program, Jessica still pierces 4 days a week at our flagship Blvd location and serves on the board at Culture Works.

This year, along with bringing some of their best tattoo artists, they will be servicing all of your piercing needs!

(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)
