Each performer is given two (2) Single Day Passes. One for them and one for an assistant, friend, etc. Additional Single Day Passes can be purchased for $55 (5 Max)
Each Entertainment Act receives one FREE Social Media Post. Additional posts can be purchased for $30.00 per post (limits apply). Photos must be emailed to marketing@richmondtattooconvention.com by August 14th, otherwise content will be selected at our discretion.
Half-page Ad in Event Program. Finalized art must be provided by August 14th to marketing@richmondtattooconvention.com Full-page, inside covers and centerfold spots also available. For pricing, please email us.
Logo featured on a 5' x 6' Banner in one of the main ballrooms. Finalized Logo art must be provided by August 14th to marketing@richmondtattooconvention.com Larger Banner sizes are also available. For pricing, please email us.

The convention will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian. If you would like to stay at this hotel for the duration of the convention, please fill out the form below.
(We will do our best to accommodate, however due to availability we cannot guarantee that we will be able to put you on your preferred floor)

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)

Event Requirements

All exhibitors are required to have a temporary insurance policy citing RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC as additionally insured. More info can be found HERE.

Terms & Conditions

The Undersigned hereby affirms that the Undersigned has read and understands the Terms & Conditions of this agreement, and accepts and agrees to all of its terms and conditions. The Undersigned affirms that the Undersigned enters into this agreement voluntarily, with full knowledge of its effect.

The Entertainer affirms that they authorize, by virtue of the Entertainer's title with the business entity, to execute this document by the business entity or such other person on whose behalf it is submitted.

The Entertainer affirms that they are insured and will not hold RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC responsible for any negative repercussions that may arise during your participation in working the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention.

The Entertainer agrees that they are, either individually insured and/or with a temporary policy exclusive for this convention and that they have listed RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC as additionally insured.
The Entertainer agrees that they will not hold RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and Shamin/Koger LLC liable for any and all situations/injuries that may arise due to their negligence in their performance at the Richmond Tattoo Arts and Music Festival and/or any injuries that may happen within the space that is allotted to them within the convention.
The Entertainer agrees to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and the DoubleTree Hotel Richmond-Midlothian. Removal from the convention is at the discretion of the organizers, and all deposits and/or payments will be forfeited. This is a family friendly event. Please act accordingly.
The Entertainer understands that RVA Tattoo Arts and Shamin/Koger LLC (the convention venue) are not their employers, and recognizes their status as an independent contractor within this convention.
The Entertainer agrees to arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to their performance time, complete their performance in the manner agreed upon, and load out any equipment within the time frame allotted to them. The Entertainer understands failure to do so will forfeit any compensation RVA Tattoo Arts LLC previously offered.

This contract may not be altered except by amending the agreement in writing, and agreed to by all parties/agents involved including RVA Tattoo Arts LLC and the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian.

Each obligation or agreement of a party contained in this contract, even though not expressed as a covenant, is considered for all purposes to be a covenant.

(All volunteers will receive a Free Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention T-Shirt for helping out)
(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)
