Steps to Obtain Insurance (Exhibitors)

I need insurance:

You can get insurance coverage through ACT via this link they have created specifically for our convention. Once you have secured a policy through this link it will send us an email. We will verify your coverage, and you'll be good to go!

I already have insurance:

1. Reach out to your business insurance company and ask them how you go about listing companies as additionally insured.

2. The insurance company will likely have a special form for supplemental coverage of this nature. It’s typically called an Endorsement Request or something similar.

3. The Endorsement Request will typically ask for the following info:

     a) The Richmond Tattoo and Arts Convention is hosted by RVA Tattoo Arts LLC.

     b) The Convention is October 23rd, 24th and 25th of 2026.

     c) The Convention is held at the DoubleTree by Hilton – Midlothian: 1021 Koger Center Boulevard, Midlothian, VA 23235.

4. When the Convention is added to the policy, 2 additional insureds should be included.

5. The insurance company will need time to process your application, so make sure to get this done as soon as possible to mitigate any potential delays in getting your proof of insurance back.

6.  As soon as you receive your Proof of insurance (with 2 certificates of additional insureds) send it to eventcoordinator@richmondtattooconvention.com.
