This live painting event spans the entire weekend, allowing you to see and meet the artist while they work. Beginning Friday, participating artists start working on their 3’x3’ canvases. Each canvas is on one side of a large cube we’ve built with multiple cubes found throughout the convention. Watch the artwork evolve in real-time until they wrap up on Sunday. The following week, we auction off the canvases on our website, giving you the exclusive opportunity to take home a piece of original art for a great cause.

This year, we’re stoked to partner up with the PangeaSeed Foundation, an awesome non-profit that brings together art and ocean conservation. They are the pioneers of "ARTivism", using public murals and contemporary art to give our oceans a creative voice and connect people with marine science. Through their global art programs, they help communities understand marine ecosystems and inspire real, everyday actions to protect them. We are incredibly excited to have them on board as our official non-profit partner for this year's convention!
