Alena Wedderburn

Alena Wedderburn is a contestant on the newest season of Ink Master, Season 16. She is an expert at Black & Gray realism with her ability to pull off beyond photo-realistic tattoos on all skin types.

Originally, Alena did not have plans to become a tattoo artist. She was leaning more towards becoming a Doctor (which her Mother pushed for) but, as she says “chemistry was a b*tch for me so it never happened and I changed plans at the last minute.” A few months before she graduated, she started taking architecture classes in a nearby city which is where her talents really started to show. Once she started winning awards for her architecture designs, that is when people started to notice and her Mother supported her new dream of being an artist professionally.

Alena is a resident tattoo artist at Inked NYC Tattoo Shop.

When are you able to help out?
(For every hour that you Volunteer at the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention, Loose Screw Tattoo will give you free tattoo time. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning and Monday Morning you will receive $15 of FREE TATTOO TIME for every hour worked and on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday you will receive $10 of FREE TATTOO TIME per every hour worked)

We’re taking over the DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond – Midlothian and we're sharing our convention discount with you! Stay the night, enjoy the full convention experience, but most importantly, party safe knowing you can have a drink or two and don’t have to drive.

Each night is $193.80 + 3% processing fee. (Cancellations: 24 hours notice prior to check-in date is required. Cancellations after that point are subject to be charged a total of one night's stay. There is a $50 early check-out fee for any reservation that vacates the room early)
